Abstract

Provide civ pay to support testing at Arnold Engineering and Development Complex (AEDC), the 412TW and USAF Test Pilot School at Edwards AFB, and the 96TW at Eglin AFB. The FY23 PB provides 2,731 DBA work years. The FY23 budgeted Average Work Year Cost (AWYC) is $127.254K.
