SBIR CPP - ONR

Abstract

Section 252 of the 2006 NDAA Public Law No. 109-163 allowed up to 1% of the SBIR be used to fund the administrative costs of the Commercialization Pilot Program (CPP). The Commericialization Pilot Program is no longer a pilot program, and is now known as the Commericialization Readiness Program (CRP) as part of the SBIR/STTR Reauthorization Act of 2011.
