Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS)
Abstract
The Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS) is a net centric capability that will provide operational commanders with an increased common picture of spectrum situational awareness of friendly and hostile forces while transparently deconflicting competing mission requirements for spectrum use. This capability will enable the transformation from the current preplanned and static assignment strategy into autonomous and adaptive spectrum operations.
