Abstract
NAVSUP Quality of Life (QOL) services include subsistence, retail, postal, laundry, vending, barber shop, household goods and disbursing/Navy Cash. In many cases, these services are inefficient, costly to operate, and lack easy access to comprehensive information required to make informed management decisions impacting execution of routine supporting business processes.
