RAPID TECHNOLOGY TRANSITION (RTT)

Abstract

During PR-11, the RTT R&D project (3126) will be realigned into its own R&D project number - 3173 - Technology Insertion Program for Savings (TIPS) . The decrease of funding from FY10 to FY11 reflects the funtional transfer from project 3126 to project 3173.
