Abstract

Define, test and integrate new software capabilities and minor hardware solutions to ensure the Counter Communications System is able to maintain effectiveness against emerging threats and adversary capabilities. This major thrust was broken out from Counter Communications System CCS Pre-planned Product Improvement P3I Program Major Thrust for transparency.
