Abstract
Description: This project will demonstrate the potential ease and effectiveness of outer control of small tactical UAVs. Student researchers will demonstrate outer control capabilities using COTS radio control systems and autopilots. Their ability to achieve control is documented with their approaches, equipment selection, and effectiveness.
