Transport Layer Architecture and Standards

Abstract

Develop and demonstrate prototypes that enable a resilient and unified military data transport layer and sensor capabilities, enabling a pLEO architecture. This effort will define and deliver the architectures and standards necessary to rapidly prototype and field new satellite capabilities in Low Earth Orbit (LEO).
