Abstract
Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) of Thermal Imaging Engine. MS B approval in FY08 initiated EMD effort. EMD program develops the Thermal Imaging Engine for the Next Gen FLIR Army Combat and reconnaissance systems to include fabrication and qualification of 15 prototypes.
