Test and Evaluation
Abstract
Initiate Laboratory and Test Aircraft Upgrade and other test planning activities required for Block 4 and later development , integration, test and evaluation. Changes are needed to support development and evaluation of improvements driven by changes in threat and as identified in the Electronic Warfare ICD and the Fifth Generation Fighter Modernization ICD.
