Abstract
The objectives of EMD for GBSD are as follows: 1) advance GBSD major activities, systems engineering activities, information technology, data management, analytical capabilities and deliver a flexible, integrated weapon system critical design, 2) prototype and test mature technologies related to the major activities and demonstrate performance of sub-system and system capabilities through prototyping and testing and 3) engage in rapid prototyping events to mature future design increments.
