Abstract
Provides a process to rapidly assess the condition, design acceptable repairs and delivers pre-kitted rail repair and retrofit solutions. The standardized repair kits allows for the development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) for each repair that can be scaled to address a range of damages.
