Abstract

Anti-Tamper & Engineering Readiness Level Development develops anti-tamper approaches to enable international fielding of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) by providing protection against reverse engineering of critical technologies, supporting coalition warfare, and extending the effective operational life of the BMDS. Engineering and Manufacturing Readiness Levels provide a means to evaluate the maturity of the BMDS elements, systems, and components by assessing the program or product against quantifiable criteria.
