Abstract

The Requirements and Design effort develops the Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) System level requirements and specifications for the Phased Adaptive Approach (PAA) Phases and drives the integration of the BMDS; adjudicates Element level specifications that underpin the BMDS, resulting in optimized capabilities for the Warfighter.
