Geo-registration, Analytical Tool Development and Visualization

Abstract

This research investigates the design and formulation of new urban terrain data models, frameworks and processes to automate the geo-registration of 3D and 2D source data (e.g. LiDAR, imagery, Open Street Maps, and full motion video derived data) to new model constructs for rapid alerting to changes in the Operational Environment of interest.
