PTS-P Ground Development

Abstract

Develops and incorporates Mission Management System and Key Management System (MMS/KMS) modifications of the PTES program ground capability to plan and manage PTS, the associated cryptographic material and the SATCOM links they enable. Also develops and incorporates modifications to MMS of the WGS program ground capability (i.e. Common Network Planning Software (CNPS) and Wideband SATCOM Trend Analysis and Anomaly Resolution System (WSTARS)).
