Abstract
Hazard Prediction and Assessment: Improve battlespace awareness by accurately predicting hazardous material releases, atmospheric transport and dispersion, and resulting human effects. Develop predictive capability for the source term of releases of CB and industrial materials to include counterproliferation, CB weapons, accidents and ground effects from ballistic missiles.
