Alternate Resilient Communications (ARC)
Abstract
The ARC project is developing and demonstrating a prototype, communication capability to send and receive select command and control (C2) messages to users operating in challenging RF environments. In FY 2021, the project coordinated with adjacent systems and programs, the system was designed, and development of the initial prototype began. Additional details are classified.
