Contingent upon congressional appropriation and/or congressional new start authorization: Analysis of High Frequency (HF) Communications in Southern Command Atlantic Operating Region (SOUTHCOM AOR)
Abstract
This project seeks to identify HF voice and data targets in SOUTHCOM AOR, capture existing tactical/ national capabilities against the target set, recommend COTS-based gap-filling capabilities, and develop and operationally test prototype capability.
