Millimeter Wave Components
Abstract
Research, design, and investigate new component materials, structures, devices, and electromagnetic issues of millimeter wave (mmw) components and active devices, such as vacuum electronic (VE) devices monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), to achieve higher output power, power-added-efficiency, linearity, and dynamic range for increased operation and detection range.
