Projects supporting level 1 compliance requirements at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Ranges inclusive of hazardous waste disposal, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA), Subtitle C - 40 CFR 260 through 279, and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Sections 311-312; solid waste disposal, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA), Subtitle D - 40 CFR Parts 239 through 259; natural & cultural resources programs, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Environmental Protection Act (EPA), Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Archeological and Historic Preservation Act (AHPA), maintaining of environmental permits, Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and environmental monitoring.
