1) Radiological Medical Countermeasures

Abstract

Radiation Medical Countermeasures: Develops medical countermeasures to protect the Warfighter against radiological/nuclear exposure. The Department of Defense is the only governmental agency currently developing medical prophylaxis to protect Warfighters or other responders in the event of a radiological incident.
