Abstract

Conduct basic research in reconfigurable platform mechanics and propulsion science technologies to enable high-speed Vertical Take-off and Landing (VTOL). Investigate reconfigurable technologies for improved performance, stability and handling qualities across different flight regimes in all operational environments.
