15) NTA Defense support for Threat Agent Characterization

Abstract

The International Novel Threat Agent Characterization Trials (INTACT) effort is a series of laboratory and field experiments to characterize the properties of emerging chemical threats and assess potential capabilities against those emerging threats in an operationally-realistic manner. INTACT is a collaboration with other Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP) partners, as well as with other nations, under the Chemical Biological Radiological Memorandum of Understanding (CBR MOU).
