Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record (VLER) HEALTH
Abstract
Pursue the primary goal of the VLER Health initiative is to enable the secure sharing of health information (i.e., demographic and clinical data) between DoD and external Federal and private sector partners which meets Meaningful Use (MU) requirements to improve healthcare quality, safety, and efficiency.
