Abstract
Modeling & Simulation for Non-Traditional Agents (NTA): Provide modeling of NTA materials for hazard prediction. Develop NTA source term algorithms for predicting CBRN hazards from intentionally functioning weapons, counter-proliferation scenarios (bomb on target), and missile intercept. "Intentionally Functioning Weapons" refers to the case where a missile has released its chemical or biological payload as it was designed, rather than where the release was caused by missile interdiction. Investigate NTA agent fate for secondary effects, environmental/atmospheric chemistry, atmospheric and waterborne transport and dispersion, human effects, model validation and verification (V&V), scaled testing, casualty estimation, and supporting data management.
