Develops pretreatments and prophylactics that provide protection against non-traditional agents (NTAs) and emerging chemical threats. Prophylactic medical countermeasures (MCMs) include catalytic and stoichiometric bioscavengers that rapidly bind and detoxify a broad spectrum of NTAs.
