Ultra Wideband Receiver Development (UWBR)

Abstract

This effort will explore technologies to provide significantly greater instantaneous bandwidth with extreme sensitivity to enhance the detection, identification, classification, geolocation, and cueing of countermeasures against threat emitter systems that have increased spectral coverage, bandwidth, agility, and waveform diversity. Chip-scale, hyper sensitive and ultra wide band receiver technology components will be explored, developed, and demonstrated in dense, extremely complex EM environments, possibly to include VH and/or subsequent JEAT experimentation/demonstration venues.
