UTR Automated Initialization Service
Abstract
Design and develop the UTR Automated Initialization Service (AIS). It is envisioned as a mechanism that automates the manual workflows for initializing tactical C4ISR systems. In addition, it aims to decouple the planning and initialization functions, so that each function can be performed at the appropriate tactical echelon.
