Strategic Multi-Layered Assessment (SMA) Support
Abstract
In FY 2011 and FY 2012 the SMA project has been supported by STRATCOM and the Rapid Reaction Fund (PE 0603826D8Z). In FY 2013 a net zero functional transfer of resources and mission responsibilities from STRATCOM to Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) resulted in funding this project.
