Abstract
CASE is a family of efforts to address efficiency and sustainability issues associated with the development, operation and maintenance of non-cooperative ATR technology. Develop sustainable multi-phenomenology ATR based on low fidelity, compact, and inexpensive database technology.(Compact Feature ATR)
