Payload Prototyping to Support Stratospheric Experimentation
Abstract
The Stratospheric Experimentation effort includes the development and prototyping of stratospheric payloads that can operate on a variety of high-altitude platforms. In FY 2023, this effort developed prototype payloads for use in stratospheric experimentation, completed reports, and worked with Service leads to transition.
