Gorgon Stare Smart Link (GS-SL)
Abstract
GS-SL will demonstrate the ability to dynamically allocate motion video operational sub-views to available bandwidth at optimum resolution and Quality of Service (QoS), considering variables such as users’ priorities and near-real time (NRT) multi-source intelligence and command and control cues. This will result in enhanced monitoring and response to the environment (identify sub-views in accordance with dynamic user priorities, mission priorities, events, and multi-source intelligence cues); dynamically prioritized, encoded, and delivered views to optimize QoS; and decision support in accordance with available bandwidth and intelligence requirements.
