Advanced Micro and Nano Devices
Abstract
This effort designs and evaluates micro and nanotechnology components for multifunctional and integrated radio frequency (RF) applications; microrobotics, integrated energetics, control sensor interfaces and sensors for improved battlefield awareness. Work being accomplished under PE 0601102A /project H47 compliments this effort.
