Abstract
This effort involves the use of mathematical models and data search algorithms to extract medical information from large-scale genomics (generated from the study of cellular genetic makeup, protein structures and function, and whole organism responses) to improve understanding, prevention, diagnostics, and treatments of traumatic brain injury (TBI), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), uncontrolled bleeding, infections, and exposure to environmental stressors and hazards.
