FY 2009, FY 2010, and FY 2011 Funding
Abstract
Some FY 2009 funds remain uncommitted to allow coverage of new starts throughout the fiscal year. Funding decisions are made throughout the execution years in response to emergent COCOM and service requirements, new threats, and new opportunities. QRF projects are typically limited to 12 months or less, but start at different points within a fiscal year. As such, outyear projects are unknown until shortly before the start of a new fiscal year. With this in mind, FY 2010 and FY 2011 projects are not listed; as they have not been identified as of the time of this update.
