Abstract
Conduct capability analyses that decompose long-term warfighter capability goals and requirements into pertinent materiel and non-materiel elements. Identify opportunities and potential shortfalls between planned investments and long-term capability needs. Engage technology base and test communities to inform capability employment and constraints. Reduce analytical uncertainties through focused investments yielding specific capability information.
