Turbine Engine Technology
Abstract
This project develops air breathing engine technology to address military specific needs for manned systems, autonomous vehicles, and munition applications. This project develops turbine engine components and evaluates revolutionary air breathing propulsion technology by utilizing military utility and physics-based analysis. In FY 2025, Lubricant Technologies efforts will transfer from PE 0602203F, Aerospace Propulsion, Project 623048, Combustion and Mechanical Systems, to this Project 623066 Turbine Engine Technology, to effectively and efficiently align resources to Aerospace Systems Core Technical Competencies.
