Rapid Open Geospatial User Environment (ROGUE)
Abstract
ROGUE will deliver operational open geospatial analytic and Volunteered Geospatial Information (VGI) services, Concept of Operations, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and work flows/processes. ROGUE will provide Web-based geospatial capability linking Joint Task Force Headquarters components to the tactical edge of mixed U.S., partner nation, interagency components, and private sector non government Organizations. ROGUE will facilitate accessibility from multiple user platforms (Web-portal, Desktops, Smart Phones, etc.) to enable partnering with agencies and countries conducting Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief support missions in support of Theater Security Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance.
