Signal Intelligence Derived Electromagnetic Spectrum (SDEST)

Abstract

SDEST will leverage National Security Agency (NSA) modernization initiatives to deliver ElectoMagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Target Folders (TF) providing a comprehensive view of the environment. It will compile relevant EMS Object Models (OM) supporting Kinetic/Non-Kinetic targeting, utilizing data from across the Global Cryptologic Enterprise. SDEST uses Cloud, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Smart Data Tagging and Cyber-Pilot technologies to enable timely and legal extraction and dissemination. It will deliver OMs via Electromagnetic Space Analysis Center (E-Space) managed Secret Internet Protocol Router Network and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System widget query capabilities, and develop subscription services tailored to user-specified criteria.
