Afghan Virtual Science Library (AVSL) Pilot at Kabul University
Abstract
The pilot Afghanistan Virtual Science Library at Kabul University offered students, scientists and engineer’s access to international scientific, engineering, and technical journals and professional resources. Based on this pilot, the U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation (CRDF) developed a plan to extend the capacity to other universities and to Afghan government ministries.
