Rocket System Launch Program

Abstract

The purpose of the ICBM Rocket System Launch Program (RSLP) is to perform studies and analyses that determine the most constructive and cost effective use of missile assets after they are deactivated or considered excess and added to the RSLP inventory. BA4 - This program is in Budget Activity 4, Advanced Component Development and Prototypes (ACD&P), because efforts are necessary to evaluate integrated technologies, representative modes or prototype systems in a high fidelity and realistic operating environment.
