Abstract

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Armament Systems Development Division is conducting market research for a Next Generation Strike Weapon Analysis of Alternatives. Armament Systems Development seeks to better characterize the technological, manufacturing, and business capabilities of the industrial base to develop and produce a material solution to address this operational objective. BA5 - This program is in Budget Activity 5, System Development and Demonstration (SDD) because it has passed Milestone B approval and is conducting engineering and manufacturing development tasks aimed at meeting validated requirements prior to full-rate production.
