High Power and Energy Technologies

Abstract

Research and evaluate electronic materials, structures, and components that will enable the realization of higher energy density and efficiency required by future Army systems such as electromagnetic armor, directed energy weapons, power grid protection, and other pulsed-power systems. Special emphasis is on components operating at high voltages - greater than (>) 10 kilovolts (kV).
