Abstract

Provides for the certification of IT networks and systems, monitoring and computer emergency response services, and Cyber Security workforce training. Beginning in FY2014, Cyber Operations content will move to Program Element 0603890C Enabling, Budget Project MC30. Cyber Operations content is reported in Program Element 0603890C Enabling Programs, Budget Project MD30 prior to FY2014.
