Soldier and Small Unit Power and Energy
Abstract
This effort matures and demonstrates lightweight, energy dense Soldier power storage, generation and power management components and subsystems. The goal is to fully support the power needs of a dismounted mission in an electronically equipped battlefield. This effort is fully coordinated with 0602705A/Project H11 and Project H94. In FY13-14 this efforts supports Technology Enabled Capability Demonstration 2a Overburdened Physical Burden. Beginning in FY14, efforts for power and energy demand management will be captured within the effort titled Soldier and Small Unit Load Management.
