Enhanced Budget Control

Abstract

In FY23, $15.061M was realigned to Budget Activity 08, PE 0308605F Project 682EBC to transparently define specific resources to be realigned in FY24 to USCYBERCOM for Enhanced Budget Control in accordance with FY21 NDAA, Section 1746. This effort procures the Cyberspace Vulnerability Assessment/Hunter (CVA/H) kits for USCYBERCOM Cyber Protection Teams (CPTs). CVA/H kits are comprised of various commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) hardware and software required to perform the CVA/H missions in support of USCYBERCOM. The composition of procured items will vary from year-to-year and site-to-site based on operational requirements to achieve the weapon systems capabilities.
