Abstract
Program Operations consisted of the government, contractor and Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) workforce that managed the overall Targets and Countermeasures (TC) program, to include engineering, logistics, program management, business management, acquisition, contract administration, and quality assurance.
