Assault/Special Purpose Ration Improvement Project (ASPIP)
Abstract
Continuous product improvement of special purpose rations through the advanced development of novel nutrition, processing and packaging technologies to improve operational effectiveness and improve logistics. Special purpose rations include the Meal, Cold Weather/Long Range Patrol (MCW/LRP), First Strike Ration (FSR), and Modular Operational Ration Enhancement (MORE).
