Integrated Signature Management
Abstract
This effort provides the capability for ground vehicle systems to achieve increased standoff from threat system detection and targeting, enabling freedom of maneuver and the option to strike first, through the use of novel technology. This effort matures and demonstrates signature management technology that is integrated into the vehicle system, as opposed to ad hoc appliques that do not consider all other vehicle requirements. This effort will optimize a system level solution that considers size, weight, power consumption, and cost impacts to the platform. This effort will provide a demonstration of the improvement in signature management capability in an operationally-relevant environment.
